1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OnLens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnLens ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal or business purposes on Mac devices that you own or control.

This license is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the App, including updates, as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OnLens and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLENS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
